Grilled Chicken with Avocado Salsa

Here is a recipe that my girlfriend and I love making! Grilled cilantro-lime chicken breast with avocado salad. It is colorful, nutrient dense, and easy to pair with simple mixed greens!  While the recipe has you making the chicken in a pan, I prefer my George Forman grill because it makes this meal THAT much easier. Hope this meal turns out just as tasty for you as it did for me! (Tip: If you are looking to cut out a few extra carbs, removing the onions will save you about 4-5 G carbs.)
