Nutrition

Fitness is about more than building muscles and/or losing weight.  It’s about building a healthy body that works at its peak effectiveness.  Fitness can’t be achieved without creating a healthy body to support the muscles.  Our trainers help you build a complete plan to help you achieve your fitness goals and helping you create a body that works at its peak effectiveness.

Accountability

We all need a little help.  Sometimes that help is just encouragment to push just a little further than we thought we could.  Sometimes that help comes in the form of a partner that is just as invested in your success as you are.  Accountability is often the piece that is missing in many fitness programs. The RockBox community is there to support, encourage, and sometimes provide that swift kick in the seat we all need from time to time to help stay the course.

We have assembled a great team of professional trainers dedicated to  helping each member get the most out of their RockBox experience. From adapting exercises for your specific needs to holding you accountable for your goals.  This team is there for you!

Kris Benson

Kris Benson

Owner

Kris is a Marine Veteran who served two combat tours in Iraq.  He is constantly focused on self-improvement and pushing himself and others to achieve higher goals and meet challenges, whether physical, mental, professional or personal.  Kris believes the journey to life balance requires focus and effort and is dedicated to helping others become their better self.

Jaime Benson

Owner

Jaime is a former Corporate Executive with an extensive background in business and team development.  She left the board room for the gym and has turned her passions to health and fitness.  Jaime believes in and is fully committed to RockBox helping its members achieve their greatest fitness goals.

Arrick Hincher

Arrick Hincher

Trainer

Arrick is a Charlotte native who graduated from East Carolina University in 2016 with a Health Fitness Specialist bachelors degree. He is a fan of boxing and MMA and holds a black belt in Taekwondo. In addition to his passion for mixed martial arts, Arrick is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. With over three years of direct client training, Arrick possesses a diverse knowledge of health and fitness.

Kiara Mosley

Kiara is a UNC-Greensboro graduate with a bachelors degree in Business Administration. She is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association. Kiara spent 5 years as a former competitive cheerleader. She has been passionate about fitness since she was a teenager. Kiara is so excited to help members meet their goals and live a better lifestyle!
